WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC?

Chiropractic care involves using a range of techniques to treat problems with muscles, joints and nerves.  Chiropractors use these techniques in order to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility. These techniques include specific chiropractic adjustments, more gentle joint mobilisations, soft tissue work, stretches, exercises and dry-needling.
